Tonight, my heart is heavy, yet light at the same time. Billy Joe Daugherty who was my Pastor so long ago when I lived in Tulsa died today of lymphoma. The heavy is the human emotion, the grief for the family and the grief for me and those of us who knew and loved Billy Joe. The light is knowing that he is in Heaven, in the presence of God, that he has first hand knowledge of Glory.
Salvation. I thank God for mine.
