I had the first of two spinal injections for my back today. Ouchie! They said it would get worse before it got better, and man are they right! I can't get comfortable, and I hurt. I've been home for about 6 hours now and I can't decide whether to sit, stand, lie down, pace or what.
My next injection is scheduled for the 25th.
