Well, I have to say, I was rooting for Adam. I am not totally bummed that he didn't win - think about it - he never has to sing that cheesy song again and we don't have to hear him sing it on the radio. We will however have to hear someone sing it - and hopefully Kris will do better in the studio with it than he did on the show.
The other not so bad reason is that now Adam has the freedom to do the music he wants without having to worry about the Idol contract. Rock on Adam.
The finale was amazing - enjoyed the show. They pulled out all the stops on this one.
